Training Certificate Automation with Score Details

Problem
Previously, issued training certificates were just standard certificates, without any score details or information on which materials participants had studied.
Solution
Built an RPA using Google Apps Script on a spreadsheet to automatically pull participant score details and learning status. This data is printed on the back of the training certificate. The data-pulling process runs automatically once all participants in a running training batch complete all materials and tests.
Result / Impact
Training certificates became more informative with score and material details, without a manual compilation and input process per participant.
