Problem
Managers who wanted to register their team members for training had to send a manual email to the training PIC — there was no real-time tracking of whether participant quotas were full, risking overlooked registrants. The admin PIC also had to manually compile registrations and send notifications one by one via email.
Solution
Built a ready-to-install training calendar plugin for Moodle LMS. The training PIC creates a training schedule that managers can directly access and register for, complete with registration approval, automatic participant quotas, and auto-enrollment of participants into the Moodle class once registration is approved.
Result / Impact
The training registration process became more transparent and real-time — quotas and approval status are immediately visible, without manual compilation and notifications from the admin PIC.
