Problem
Employee data and learning results were still managed manually between the HRIS (Talenta) system and the LMS platform, causing repeated data entry and a risk of data mismatch between systems.
Solution
Built a system-to-system integration using the Talenta REST API — employee data automatically syncs to the learning platform, while learning results (progress/scores) are sent back to the HRIS without manual input.
Result / Impact
A previously manual process became fully automated via API, reducing administrative effort and keeping data consistent across systems.
