Development of an interactive SCORM-based e-learning module on the Plan-Do-Check-Act method for internal employee training.

Problem
Training material on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) method for employees was still delivered conventionally — not interactive, and hard to consistently measure participant understanding across different locations and times.
Solution
Built an interactive e-learning module in SCORM package format — covering an overview, the Plan, Do, Check, Act stages, problem-solving steps, and a checklist — packaged with scenario-based navigation (guide character, interactive illustrations) for easy understanding and direct distribution to the client's LMS.
Result / Impact
PDCA material can now be accessed independently by employees at any time through the LMS, with a more interactive learning experience compared to conventional modules.
